Jordan Ray Cole

 After 1 year, 8 months and 13 days, the Honorable Judge A. Moses Massey declared that he would sign the order adding Billy's name to Jordan's birth/death certificates and changing Jordan's last name to COLE. The order was signed November 3, 2009. Finally, Jordan has his rightful daddy and last name.
